    For health and safety reasons, only food items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible for return.

  2. Damaged Packages
    In the event of a damaged package, please document the condition by taking clear photos prior to opening. This evidence will help us process your return or refund request swiftly and accurately.

  3. Return and Refund Window
    Customers are eligible for returns or refunds within 14 days of receiving their order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be processed.
